Where: Sawley Community Centre, Long Eaton
The group meets for tai chi on Tuesday mornings during term time, from 10am until noon at Sawley Community Centre, with a tea, coffee and biscuit break. There is plenty of parking, buses run regularly outside and the community centre is next door to the Coop store.
- What to bring Loose, comfortable clothing and soft, flat shoes are recommended.
- Cost, as stated 25 Aug 2026 A small charge covers hall rental and includes a tea or coffee break.
