Meets: On Wednesday mornings 10:15 am-12:00 pm 3rd in month
Where: Lancaster Quaker Meeting House (QMH), Lancaster
A discussion group in which all aspects of human behaviour are explored, taking a wider view of psychology than the name might suggest: why people do what they do, and why everyone is so different and yet so similar. Topics have included depression, the psychology of politics, marketing persuasion, testing, learning theory, hypnotism, personality types, counselling, pilgrimages and retreats, mindfulness, fortune telling and loneliness. Each month's topic is announced in advance and can be circulated with notes, and sessions begin with a short presentation before the group explores the subject together. It meets on the third Wednesday of the month from 10.15am until noon at Lancaster Quaker Meeting House.
- Cost, as stated 25 Aug 2026 £2 per session
Part of Lancaster & Morecambe u3a. Joining is through membership.
