Where: Dolphin Inn, Eastbourne Central
The group plays traditional tabletop pub games, among them cribbage, dominoes, shut the box, shove ha'penny, poker dice and card games, along with more modern games such as Rummikub, Othello and backgammon. It meets on the second Monday of the month from 2.30pm until 4.30pm at the Dolphin Inn in South Street. The pub is handy for buses in Gildredge Road and not far from the stops on Cornfield Road. There is no car park at the pub, but there are spaces in South Street and the surrounding roads, and car parks less than ten minutes' walk away at Hyde Gardens and the Enterprise Centre.
- Cost, as stated 25 Aug 2026 No charge to members, though you buy your own drink and any food. The pub gives members 20 per cent off food during the session.
