Where: St Peter's Methodist Church, Canterbury
A session of gong sounds at St Peter's Methodist Church. The leader improvises on gongs, singing bowl and koshi for about half an hour, while members relax and let their thoughts wander as the sound washes over them. Refreshments and a chat follow, with a chance for anyone to sound the gong themselves. The group is not currently accepting new members.
- What to bring A yoga mat to lie on, or sit in a chair, and a blanket if you feel the cold.
- Cost, as stated 25 Aug 2026 £6 for the six session course
