Zambur Ferments produces sauerkraut in golden and purple varieties, kimchi including traditional, Kent, and an extra-hot kimchi kraut, and kombucha in flavours such as Calm, Focus, Energy, and Green Tea. Jars run 480g and kombucha comes in 330ml bottles, with a subscription option for regular orders.
